LMEC is a two-year Master of Science programme entirely taught in English. It aims to provide students with the rigorous training in advanced economics and econometrics essential for those wishing to pursue a career in economic research, either in a leading university or in research-oriented public or private organisations. Foreign students represent an important part of the LMEC and are encouraged to apply. Admission is regulated by an assessment of the candidate's skills. Financial aid available. Non-EU/International students may apply from February 20th to April 23rd, 2012 on the basis of the scheduled deadlines. Should the available positions be not fully covered after the first two intakes, the third intake (from April 26th to May 21st, 2012) will be extended to Non-EU students too. EU students and students with an equivalent status may apply from February 20th to July 23rd , 2012 on the basis of the scheduled deadlines.
