INOMICS is a global platform for economists where you can post, share and search information of interest for economists and related professionals such as conferences, jobs, programs, courses, papers, articles and other resources in Economics.

Here are some frequently asked questions:

1. How can I join INOMICS? It is easy to join. You simply click on Sign up on the top right of the page and register with your E-Mail address. With your INOMICS user account you are able not only to search, but also to post and share content on INOMICS.

2. Can I post the same Announcement multiple times? No. Please be advised that you may only post each event or job opening once. All double entries will be removed from the INOMICS data base. This includes Announcements for the same thing in different languages. If you want to post in multiple languages, you should include both versions in one posting. It is possible to extend the running period for your posting or ad. Please contact us at info@inomics.com for your request.

3. Can I change my Announcements after submission? Yes. Please contact us at info@inomics.com. Any changes after submission may be subject to a service charge of €75 (plus VAT where applicable).

4. Does my Announcement qualify for a sponsored listing? INOMICS sponsors Job Opening and Course Announcements for higher-education institutions with University or College status that are primarily financed by public subsidies or student tuition fees. Announcements related to other institutions, for example government organisations, private business schools, banks, companies or research institutes, are subject to normal rates. Positions or courses shared between a university/college and another institution must be at least 50% coordinated and financed by the higher-education institution in order to qualify for the sponsored listing. If you are not sure whether your Announcement qualifies, please contact us.

5. Does INOMICS offer discounts for regular orders? Yes we do. Discounts are available when you pre-book multiple Announcements. Please contact us to receive an offer that fits your needs.

6. Is a PhD Program classified as a course or a job opening? PhD Programs are normally classified as courses on INOMICS. This counts for programs with a regular intake of students, and with set modules or a structured outline. If, however, the post is a single, paid research position, in which it is also possible for the candidate to complete a PhD, then this should be posted as a job opening.
